Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: •The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. •The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. •Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) must be provided. •Certain items, such as custom-made products, intimate apparel, and final sale items, may not be eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item is not as described. 2. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item). 4.Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original method of payment. 3. Refunds Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
